Your Association's Records — Under Your Board's Control

See what's on file, what's missing, and what's been exported — directly.

Your records belong to your association. CondoSteward gives your board a direct view into what documents are on file, what is missing, and what has been exported — independent of any individual manager's personal files or folders. Ultimate control of your building's records stays with your association.

What You Can See as a Board Member

With a board member login — set up by your CAM firm — you can view your association's document status at any time: which required records are on file, which are missing, and which are currently in review. You can see the audit trail showing every document that has been uploaded, tagged, or exported. You do not need to ask your manager what is on file — you can see it directly.

How Access Is Structured

Board member access is read-only. You can view documents and activity. You cannot upload files, change document status, export packets, or modify team settings. Your CAM firm manages the platform on your association's behalf — and you have visibility into everything they do.

Board members CAN

  • View document status across your association
  • See which records are on file, missing, or in review
  • Review the full audit trail of activity
  • Verify that required records have been exported

Board members CANNOT

  • Upload or delete documents
  • Export document packets
  • Change document status or tags
  • Modify team or billing settings

Your CAM manages CondoSteward on your behalf. Ask them about setting up your board member access.
